Country estate “Smalvos” is situated in one of the most beautiful places of Lithuania – Zarasai region. Zarasai region rightfully bears a name of “Small Switzerland” – land of lakes, fields and wonderful softwood forests.

There are two-storeyed semi-detached houses, for lodging of 2 up to 5 people in both parts of the house. In the every part of the house there is a kitchen with cooking battery, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric oven and a teakettle. There is a lavatory and a bath on the ground floor. There is also a sitting room with a  TV and a telephone,  a bedroom and a lavatory on the first floor. Every part has a porch with wooden furniture for comfortable rest.

On the first floor of the main building there are comfortable first-class apartments, which offer lodging for up to 20 people. There are several rooms in which  can lodge up to 3 people. In each room there is a min bar, satellite television, Internet access, a telephone and a bathroom.       

 The main building contains two large and cozy halls with a restaurant, every for 50 people. At the restaurant you can have delicious dinner in a friendly atmosphere against the background of cozy interior with large chimneys; the halls are equipped with musical instrumentation of the last design for banquets, weddings, corporative festivals and conferences holding.

There is a comfortable sauna on the shore of the lake “Smalvos”. The steam room of the sauna has enough room for 6 people. The sauna consists of a toilet room, a shower, a steam room, a rest room, a porch for 14 people and an attic floor where 4 people can have a rest.
